I bought the large model. It is easy to assemble. I don't use the provided bag as it saves time & effort to leave the side support poles assembled and in the sleeves. Whilst I highly recommend this bed I in no way recommend the warm cover for it. I was refunded for mine as it arrived torn and was nowhere strong enough to withstand the wear of even a mild mannered dog.
