Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING:
Enjoy free express shipping on orders over $100 via Australia Post within Australia. All orders under $99 incur a $10.00 shipping fee.
We currently do not deliver to addresses outside of Australia.
*For spare part and bulky items, plus any other items that do not qualify for free Express shipping, additional freight charges will be applied during the checkout process.
DELIVERY:
We despatch orders from our warehouse in Perth, WA in 1-2 business days.
Orders shipped Express to Metro areas in major capital cities are delivered in approximately 1-2 business days.
Orders shipped Express to regions outside of Metro areas are delivered in approximately 2-4 business days, depending on location.
Orders shipped via standard shipping will be delivered in 1-10 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by public holidays, promotional events and other factors outside of our control. Helinox cannot be held responsible for delays to regular processing times.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to where the order can be tracked. Please note this may take 24 hours to update.
To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website.
We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
All orders are wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive complete and in a usable condition.
If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, our team are available Monday to Friday, 7am – 4pm AWST – please ensure you provide your original purchase order number with your enquiry.
Helinox is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels and compensation will not be provided. This includes if the customer has incorrectly entered the address on their order.
RETURNS
We only want fully satisfied customers and therefore we have a no obligation purchase policy that allows you to return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund.
If you feel the goods you receive are not for you, just return them in 'as new' condition (undamaged and with original packaging) within 7 days of receiving them and we will refund your purchase cost via the original payment method.
To ensure the goods remain in 'as new' condition, we recommend trying them inside your home first. Any use outside in the dirt will scuff the feet of the product and will render the item 'used' rather than 'as new'.
To initiate a return, please click on our Returns Portal and follow the steps to process a return online.
Please allow a few days for your refund to be processed after we receive the goods.
In the unlikely event of a product fault or damaged goods, please contact us before returning the item.
